Bridal portraiture has been a long time American tradition which actually originated in Europe. More popular in the south, it was/is used for announcements in the newspaper describing the bride, her gown, etc and the family and wedding details. As a portrait studio, we LOVE this idea and we think you will too! A great time to do it is right after your makeup trial (we have professional hair & makeup services in house, but not required to use them). Why do this? You have photography scheduled for the wedding day, right...

1. Controlled climate/light! No worries about too hot, too cold, rain, super bright, super dark etc! Just beautiful light in our comfortable luxury studio

2.Time! relaxed schedule! on the wedding day ANYTHING can happen. People are late, prior events run over, miscommunication sets off series of unfortunate events... In the studio you schedule what works for you, and it is a beautiful time all about you!

3. The DRESS! Think of all the time and care and expense you put into choosing the perfect dress, shoes, veil and other accessories. You deserve to have all of that captured in a thoughtful way with flattering light and posing for any body type, and best of all it is another opportunity to wear it all more than once!! We can't wait!

When it comes to your wedding day you are going to want to remember all the details, and want them to flow together beautifully!! It flies by SO FAST! And there is so much happening it can be hard to soak it all in. Don't get stuck in the church basement, purple painted walls, dark Sunday School room! Set your day up with a great start by reserving a modern, comfortable, dreamy space to get ready!! Our 1,000+ SQ FT studio is filled with beautiful, soft-filtered natural light, for those gorgeous "getting ready" pictures!! Plenty of space to spread out for your entire bridal party. The studio is equipped with a dedicated hair & makeup area. You can hire our wonderful hair & makeup artists or bring in your own. You can bring in your photographer or we can add on a photography package for you! You can bring in your own food or we can arrange catering for you from charcuterie to boxed lunches or apps! We customize everything. Bring your own everything, or let us handle the details for you! (I recommend the latter, as you already have enough to worry about!) Our view on Boudoir, [or intimate photography] is "Do it for YOU!" It can be very empowering, foster self-love and acceptance, and show you the beauty that is YOU! We insist on keeping it positive and focus on what you love about yourself [by the way, it's MORE than ok to LOVE yourself] No self defeating talk allowed... and, you control what and how much you want to show, doesn't have to be a total skinfest! I am very proud of the work I have done and continue to do mastering posing for ALL body types. You have the option to combine this shoot with your bridal makeup trial also! Do them the same day and have a whole day of fun! Our mission is always to take the best photograph you have seen of yourself, regardless of the wardrobe or lack thereof! We always focus on creating a beautiful portrait. By the way just because you do it for YOU first, doesn't mean you can't then share them with someone special ;)

There is something about the energy of two people in love that is so powerful. I love so much bringing that energy to life through connection and posing and capturing it in a dynamic way that showcases the individuals but also the couple. It is such a rush to create the images that are the beginning of a new chapter of life! And my biggest hope is that you will keep coming back so we can follow your LOVE STORY each step of the way! Engagement and any couples photo sessions can be in studio and/or on location. These beautiful sessions start at $590 and include hair & makeup services for the bride & camera-ready grooming for the groom.

A big part of our client experience, is getting primed & pampered,  with our in-house professional makeup services. We have a dedicated area in our studio, you just show up fresh-faced, no fuss, and we will do the work to have you step out feeling confident and gorgeous! Did ou know that Hair styling and Makeup is complimentary for many of our photoshoot offerings?! That being said, we are not trying to change your beautiful self! We are there to enhance YOU. We start with great, glowy, skin prep and even out skin tones, and take it wherever you want to go from there. We can do anything from a no-makeup makeup look, to glam to drag queen and anything in between! Be natural you or fantasy you, but it is up to YOU! Services are available for Bride & Bridal Party, portrait photoshoots, special event makeup ( parties, proms, etc) makeup classes and private lessons, television & commercial shoots!

Though we do not offer typical wedding photography we can give you a custom quote for your elopement, courthouse wedding, intimate ceremony/micro wedding. We have very limited dates & are very selective. We insist that we and our couples are a perfect fit for each other!
